To Join the 4S Ranch~ Del Sur Community Foundation, please download the business membership card or the individual membership card and send it along with your membership contribution to:

Online Membership Contribution
Individuals and businesses can become members of the 4S Ranch~Del Sur Community Foundation by making a donation of at least $1,000 for businesses and $250 for individuals.

*If provided, Individuals may also have their gift matched by their employer
- The first 50 members who commit at least the minimum membership contribution per year for three years will be designated "Founders"
- Half of the money will immediately go into annual grant making
- Half will go into a permanent endowment
- All members will vote each year for the local grant applications they deem most worthy and most needed
